Shipping Policy

1. Serviceable locations

We ship to all serviceable PIN codes in India. If a PIN is not serviceable, checkout will not complete and no amount will be captured.

2. Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed in 1–2 working days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Standard delivery is typically 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your state. Remote locations may take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees; delays by the courier will be communicated.

3. Shipping charges

Standard shipping is ₹79 per order, or free on prepaid orders of ₹999 and above (inclusive of GST). Shipping charge, if any, is shown before you pay and is included in the GST-inclusive total. There are no hidden charges at delivery except government-levied charges if any (none expected for domestic apparel).

4. GST and invoices

A GST tax invoice will be emailed and/or placed in the package. HSN for knitted T-shirts is generally 6109. All product prices on the site are inclusive of GST.

5. Tracking

When the order ships you will receive an SMS/email with the AWB number. Please keep your mobile reachable; the courier may call before delivery.

6. Failed delivery

If delivery fails after reasonable attempts, the shipment may be returned to us. We will contact you to re-attempt or refund as applicable. Please ensure the address, PIN code, and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for loss after a signed delivery to the address you gave, except where consumer law provides otherwise.

7. Cash on Delivery

COD, if enabled for your PIN, may carry an extra handling fee disclosed at checkout. Prepaid UPI is recommended and qualifies for free shipping over ₹999.
