Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 August 2026. These terms form a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 apply and cannot be contracted out of.

1. Seller details (E-Commerce Rules, 2020)

This website is an inventory e-commerce store operated by Octavertex Media Private Limited, registered in India. Principal address: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Customer care: care@impulseshop.in / +91 9217740225. GSTIN and CIN, where allotted, are shown in the website footer and on tax invoices.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and competent to contract under Indian law. By placing an order you confirm that the delivery address is in India.

3. Products, MRP and GST

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. Maximum Retail Price (MRP) is displayed as required under the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules. The selling price will never exceed MRP. Country of origin, manufacturer/packer name and address, net quantity, and customer-care details are shown on the product page and/or on the garment/package label.

We try to keep descriptions accurate. If a product is unavailable after you order, we will notify you and refund the amount paid, including any shipping, to the original payment method.

4. Orders and cancellation

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. You may cancel a prepaid order before it is shipped by writing to care@impulseshop.in. Once shipped, returns follow our Refund & Return Policy. We may cancel an order in case of pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraud, or failure of payment authorisation.

5. Payment

Checkout is in INR. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods enabled via Razorpay (an RBI-authorised payment aggregator). Cash on Delivery may be offered on selected PIN codes. Payment data is handled by the payment partner; we only receive a payment reference.

6. Shipping and title

We currently ship only within India. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided, except where delay or loss is due to our or the carrier’s fault, in which case our Shipping Policy and consumer-law remedies apply.

7. Intellectual property

Website content, graphics, and the 2N2N / Impulse Shop marks are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may not copy or commercially use them without written permission.

8. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including the right to a product of acceptable quality, to be informed of MRP and total price inclusive of charges, and to seek redressal before a Consumer Commission. Unfair contract terms are not binding.

9. Limitation of liability

Subject always to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses except where Indian law does not allow such exclusion (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts and Consumer Commissions at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach the Consumer Commission that has territorial jurisdiction over your residence under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
